I have been practicing Natural and Holistic Health for 25 years. My Motto is "Eat For Your Health" I am an advocate for Health and Wellness. I am an author of (Say YES! To Pure, Good Food) & I have a Natural & Holistic Health Course "Eat For Your Health". My mission is to help people with health & wellness using food 1st. I will always help people to take care of their health naturally using nutrient-rich, antioxidant, energy and life-giving foods. I am also very grateful for some amazing natural supplements that help the body to heal itself.  I believe food is natural medicine.  Health is Wealth. I am very passionate about taking care of inside & outside the body with the most natural & highest quality ingredients. My name is Sherlene Weise. I am a mother, an author, a researcher of Natural and Holistic Health, I am a Natural and Holistic Health Eating Consultant and Coach, a former Assistant Vitamin Manager, a nature lover, a lover of inspirational books and videos, and a student of life.  I was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica. I have lived in the United States for over twenty-five years, and currently live in Tampa, Florida with my family.
